WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We’re happy when you’re happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Vaya Island purchase, we accept exchanges within 20 days of delivery. Sale items purchased at a discount of 40% or more, including items bought with discount or promotion codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Please note we offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds.
- Products must be untampered, unworn, unwashed with tags and liners still attached, no indication of use of deodorant/perfume and scents to be eligible for an exchange.
- Returned within 20 days of delivery
We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
No. The shipping cost incurred for returning your bikini to Vaya Island for a exchange are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

Vaya Island cannot be held liable for the loss of packages being returned to us. We recommend using a registered postal service when returning and keeping a record of the tracking details.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
We try our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once you return is processed and inspected by our warehouse your exchange will be sent within 7-10 business days.
WHAT IF I USED A DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER?
Sale items purchased at a discount of 40% or more, including items bought with discount or promotion codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
- Vaya Island is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered to the given destination.
- Vaya Island is not responsible for duties, taxes or import charges for international sales.
- The customer accepts full responsibility for lost or damage to these products.
- We do not offer second time exchanges on the same order.
- The customer is fully responsible if their order gets sent back to Vaya Island HQ and marked as unclaimed or "Unrecognized Address". We do not offer free shipping back to the customer under any circumstances.
- We charge a restocking fee on all processed orders including orders that are requesting to be cancelled.
- If a bikini that does not meet our return requirements above is returned to our warehouse Vaya Island is not responsible for shipping costs back to the customer. Vaya Island is not responsible for sending a replacement for your defected bikini. Vaya Island does not issue a refund or store credit for a defected item. We do not re-ship defected bikinis.
- Gift cards are not eligible for a store credit, exchange or refund.
- All bikinis won in a giveaway are not eligible for returns, store credits or exchanges.
- A store credit code or any other discount codes cannot be combined. Only one coupon code can be used at a time.
All international orders are final sale.
