How do I exchange?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and exchange form once the exchange equest is approved
What items are not eligible for exchange?
- Item/s received more than 30 days of delivery
- Item/s purchased with a 40% off discount or more. These sales are final and cannot be returned.
- Products must be untampered, unworn, unwashed with tags and liners still attached, no indication of use of deodorant/perfume and scents to be eligible for an exchange.
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Are there any charges for exchanges?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my exchange?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your exchange will ship within 10-15 business days after it arrives at our warehouse.
Does Vaya Island offer refunds?
- We offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds. Sale items purchased at a discount of 40% off or more, including items bought with a discount or promotion codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
