How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return for store credit 
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and  form once the request is approved

 

What items are not eligible for store credit?

  • Item/s received more than 10 days of delivery
  • Item/s purchased with any discount or more. These sales are final and cannot be returned. 
  • Products must be untampered, unworn, unwashed with tags and liners still attached, no indication of use of deodorant/perfume and scents to be eligible for store credit.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable. 

 

 

Are there any charges for store credit?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my store credit code?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 
  • If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your exchange will ship within 10-15 business days after it arrives at our warehouse.

 

Does Vaya Island offer refunds? 

  • We offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds. Sale items purchased at a discount of 40% off or more, including items bought with a discount or promotion codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
