Vaya Island cannot be held liable for the loss of packages being returned to us. We recommend using a registered postal service when returning and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Due to the cost of processing exchanges we cannot issue cash/credit card refunds for returns. That said we want to help you get your sizing right the first time. If you have any product/sizing questions please feel free to email us at info@vayalifestyle.com.

Sale items purchased at a discount of 40% or more, including items bought with discount or promotion codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

We’re happy when you’re happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Vaya Island purchase, we accept store credit on items placed at a discount of 30% off or less within 10 days of delivery. Sale items purchased at a discount of more then 30% off are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please note we offer store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All kids items are final sale.

•  Products must be untampered, unworn, unwashed with tags and liners still attached, no indication of use of deodorant/perfume and scents to be eligible for store credit.

We cannot accept requests that do not meet the above requirements. For sanitary reasons, we'd kindly ask that you please try on all of our swimwear over underwear. 

In Store Purchases - Unworn items purchased at our store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Please note we cannot accept returns for store credit or exchanges without hygienic liners and tags attached. 

No. The shipping cost incurred for returning your bikini to Vaya Island for a store credit is not covered nor reimbursed by us.

We try our best to process store credit returns as quickly as possible. Once your return is processed and inspected by our warehouse you will receive an email with your store credit code.

Vaya Island Bikinis are made with the highest quality Italian fabrics. To keep your Vaya Island bikinis in proper condition please follow our care instructions.

Handwash with a mild detergent in cold water only
Hang dry in the shade
Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash immediately after use
Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or cause damage to your bikini
To extend the life of your Vaya Island bikini we recommend rinsing immediately after use. We do not take back washed or worn items.

Vaya Island bikinis are made with the highest quality Italian fabrics. Our bikinis are made of luxe Italian lycra. This fabric provides a smooth, silky and supportive feel on the skin if cared for properly. Our Ribbed Bikinis are made from 80% Nylon & 20% Elastane.
