We're taking extra measures at our warehouse to ensure the health and safety of our community. 

 

How safe are products ordered from Vaya Island? 

Our fulfillment team has implemented sanitation and handling procedures that meet or exceed the CDC’s recommendations for the pandemic, COVID-19. Our warehouse sanitizes work surfaces twice daily, and our team is screened every day before working.

 

Have the shipping times for online orders changed? 

We are still operating as usual working hard shipping your bikinis! Please allow 1-6 business days for us to ship your order. Our online store is always open for you to shop whenever you'd like. That said, as we focus on keeping our team and community safe we're taking extra measures at our warehouse such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, which may cause some delays.

 

When will my exchange be processed? 

We're processing exchanges within 10-15 business days once your exchange reaches our warehouse.

 

How can I cancel my order? 

We're not able to cancel, edit or apply a discount code to an order once its been placed at this time.

Will there be delays for orders outside the U.S.? 

Depending on which country you are ordering there could be delays in shipments due to COVID-19.

 

Because you have enough to worry about right now, we have extended our exchange policies for both domestic and international orders. Vaya Island is extending our domestic and international exchange policy from 20 days to 30 days.
